Friend & Family Test

We are now conducting the Friend & Family Test. If you have recently experienced our service please click on 'Friend & Family' under  'Have your say' on the right hand side of the home screen. We would love to know how you got on.

Self Check-In Screen

We have a facility allowing you to check in for your appointment without having to go to the reception desk. The screen is located in the left hand corner of the waiting area as you approach the reception desk. This will save you having to stand in a queue. Just follow the on-screen instructions. It really is very easy.

House calls are for those people who REALLY are unable to make it to the surgery. One of your doctors is available for emergency visits every weekday from 8am to 6.30 p.m. Please phone 0151 645 6936 before 10.00 to request a home visit

Well Person Screening
Some healthy people under the age of 65 may be at increased risk of coronary artery disease (heart attacks) and strokes later in life. We invite patients to have a screening assessment with our practice nurse every three years on an appointment basis. We strongly urge this for patients who have a relative who was affected by this sort of problem under the age of 60.

The screening will consist of blood pressure, weight and urine measurements, blood tests, if appropriate, a lifestyle questionnaire and advice if necessary.
