All routine and urgent Doctor appointments are now triaged via eConsult. This ensures you are seen by the most appropriate clinician within our team. This will also allow us to prioritise patients based on their clinical needs. From 20th July 2020 all patients who require an appointment with a GP or nurse practitioner, or have an administration query/request will need to complete an online e-consultation form. Patients will receive a response within two working days (or one working day for children and urgent requests).

What if I can’t use eConsult?
Our receptionists will be able to assist or complete forms on the behalf of patients unable to use the eConsult service.
What about other types of appointments?
If you need an appointment with one of our nurses, healthcare assistants, or other medical professionals these can still be booked by calling the surgery on 0151 645 6936.
What if I’ve been asked to book an appointment with a GP or Nurse Practitioner?
If the surgery has invited you to arrange an appointment with a GP or Nurse Practitioner via SMS text message, email, or letter then please call the surgery on 0151 645 6936. Our receptionists will be able to confirm this and book an appointment for you with the appropriate clinician.
