Practice Manager

The practice manager is involved in managing all aspects of the business and is responsible for ensuring that the right systems are in place for managing such things as human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and information technology.
The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals in helping to deliver a quality service to patients, as well as trying to explore ways to enhance the care provided to patients.

Reception

Our receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries and booking appointments. They also perform important tasks such as processing repeat prescriptions and dealing with the prescription enquiries, as well as other administrative tasks. The reception team are trained care navigators and are able to advise and signpost to other services.

Office Manager

The Office Manager deputises for the Practice Manager but also supports the reception team and is based in the office and on hand to assist with an queries or issues that arise.

Civic Medical Centre: As of 20/07/20 ALL patients who require an appointment with a GP, nurse practitioner or have an administration query/request will need to complete an online e-consultation form. Patients will receive a response within 2 working days (1 day for children). Our reception team will assist those patients who are unable to use this service.
